A family trip to Disney
planned over and over again
ever since Disney HongKong opened.

I thought at my age
I should be over with amusement parks
but actually
the only requirement to enjoy
is a youthful heart
and perhaps include good physical stamina/strength

It was a great experience to finally see Mickey and Minnie in person
best of all is to see Donald (my favorite)
We were lucky to be on short queues
in almost all of the rides and shows

I am setting Disney Paris as my next destination.
Wait for me...

Asian paddle tour

The paddle tour is
composed of six Asians and two Germans
(China: Xin, WenLan + Korea: Woochang & friends
+ Philippines:Angie + Germany:Tina, Ulf)
along Warnow Rostock
in a sunny afternoon

There are sprinkle of rain
we are wet
not because of the rain
but due to some other uncivilized(water war) reason

BBQ along the harbour
beneath heavy rain
trying to hide under some shed
enjoying the grilled food after hard work

It felt like we had triathon at Waren
We took the ferry to cross the biggest lake in Germany
We cycled with leisure and pleasure
We trek within the forest
and we droped by Mürizeum

Rostock City Run

It was my first time to join a marathon.
I always wanted to participate in this sport.
The team was composed of Julio, Ulf, Christina<->Wenke, Andreas and me.
It was organized by Stefan.
We completed 15 kilometers in 01:13:48
I confess that I was the slowest in our team.
But that does not matter (at least for me)
What is important is the spirit of completing (does it sounds like an excuse?)
Well, I really enjoy it!
It is like running off your worries and problems.

my Running field

I am preparing myself for my first running event.
That is why I started to check how far I usually run...
To my surprise, I usually jogged 9 kilometers.
This is 4 kilometers more from my last count.
Now, I just need to do it faster...
not really very fast but just fast.

Amsterdam & Brussels on weekends

The weather is perfect.
It was sunny.

Usually,
good weather produces beautiful pictures.
People are usually happier on a sunny day.
So you can't help but to smile after a count of three.

Since it was a weekend trip...
it feels like we are having obstacles.
It feels like we are having Amazing Race!

For such a good weather,
it will be better
if we are able to stroll around the cities
in more relax manner.
