A family trip to Disney
planned over and over again
ever since Disney HongKong opened.

I thought at my age
I should be over with amusement parks
but actually
the only requirement to enjoy
is a youthful heart
and perhaps include good physical stamina/strength

It was a great experience to finally see Mickey and Minnie in person
best of all is to see Donald (my favorite)
We were lucky to be on short queues
in almost all of the rides and shows

I am setting Disney Paris as my next destination.
Wait for me...

Asian paddle tour

The paddle tour is
composed of six Asians and two Germans
(China: Xin, WenLan + Korea: Woochang & friends
+ Philippines:Angie + Germany:Tina, Ulf)
along Warnow Rostock
in a sunny afternoon

There are sprinkle of rain
we are wet
not because of the rain
but due to some other uncivilized(water war) reason

beneath heavy rain
trying to hide under some shed
enjoying the grilled food after hard work

It felt like we had triathon at Waren
We took the ferry to cross the biggest lake in Germany
We cycled with leisure and pleasure
We trek within the forest
and we droped by Mürizeum

Rostock City Run

It was my first time to join a marathon.
I always wanted to participate in this sport.
The team was composed of Julio, Ulf, Christina<->Wenke, Andreas and me.
It was organized by Stefan.
We completed 15 kilometers in 01:13:48
I confess that I was the slowest in our team.
But that does not matter (at least for me)
What is important is the spirit of completing (does it sounds like an excuse?)
Well, I really enjoy it!
It is like running off your worries and problems.

my Running field

I am preparing myself for my first running event.
That is why I started to check how far I usually run...
To my surprise, I usually jogged 9 kilometers.
This is 4 kilometers more from my last count.
Now, I just need to do it faster...
not really very fast but just fast.

Amsterdam & Brussels on weekends

The weather is perfect.
It was sunny.

Usually,
good weather produces beautiful pictures.
People are usually happier on a sunny day.
So you can't help but to smile after a count of three.

Since it was a weekend trip...
it feels like we are having obstacles.
It feels like we are having Amazing Race!

For such a good weather,
it will be better
if we are able to stroll around the cities
in more relax manner.

It is a dream came true for me to visit Athens
One of the roots of civilization
A place of wisdom
Dream world for people hunger of knowledge
eager to debate

Our hotel room has a balcony view of Acropolis
It is the first thing I see early in the morning
a good view to start one's day
and a beautiful view to end your night
with Mythos beer...

There are orange trees all over the city
But trust me you do not want to try them

To be
at the museum
It means strictly NO funny poses
Getting to know more about Greece
through arts...
Too bad some pieces are half original and half artificial
Why?
Well, either the heads are somewhere in America/England
or the bodies are located in Berlin /France/Italy...

For sure, I don't want to be in their position

Take the orange regiional bus instead of joining some tourist agency
I considered it a MUST go place
The sunset view is AWESOME
Although it takes a lot of time to go and come back
But I tell you, it is all worth it

Short term cruise along nearby islands of Saronic Gulf
Poros-Hydra-Aegina
witnessed Greek tranditional dance in the cruise
Less than an hour allot to
stroll and explore the islands
They are beautiful
but staying more than a day will then be too much

Acropolis overview the city of Athens
The city is not as small as we thought so
Each and every day
We keep discovering interesting streets and corners
We luckily catch the changing of guards in front of the parliament building
It is done every Sunday 11am sharp

Free entrance to every attraction on Sunday during winter season
Good offer to EU students with almost free tickets

Loca la vida in Prag

It was not my first visit to Prag;
I not only stayed longer this time
but I also stayed on a very nice apartment.
The most important thing in this trip is that
I was with good company.
I always empahsize
the importance of being with good company
in any trip...
We were three 'loca' ladies
having fun and enjoying oursleves
We are so happy to attend a mass
at the church of Infant child of Prag.
Whether in Mexico or Philippines,
Sto. Nino is famous for being miraculous...
Of course this is only true
when you have FAITH.
All miracles happen only
when one BELIEVE...
We had an exchange/sharing of culture
in which when we take a closer look
they did not differ that much...
Remember,
Philippines was colonize by the spaniards for
over 100 years...
